Turbocharger maintenance business
Since 2004, we have been requested by Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Yokohama factory to overhaul the turbo-chargers.

To improve the quality and the efficiency of work, we have set up a horizontal hard type balancing machine(H30NBU)

Two kinds of drive systems are possible.

Rotor weight max. 700kg
The diameter of a rotor supporting spindle 10〜160Φ
The rotor maximum diameter max. 1,260Φ
Head length 2,500mm
A disproportionate position and a correction position are displayed by laser by an encoder.
Depth calculation of the twist-drill correction to everything but the usual mass (g, kg) is possible.
g-mm, g-cm, etc. can be specified by demand of a visitor.
Dimensions displayed and set up, such as distance from a correction radius or bearing to a balancing plane, a mutual distance of a balancing plane, and a rotating speed, can also be submitted.

Moreover, since the date and time are displayed, it can be checked when it has constructed.
To enhance our service, we have trained the maintenance technics of Mitsubishi MET type turbo-charger at Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Nagasaki factory.
We also have trained the maintenance technics of Mitsui MAN B&W NA/TCA type turbo-charger at Mitsui zosen Tamano branch office. We have business tie-up of maintaining the turbo-chargers with them.
